The locomotive cab side is printed with the road number 6200 in gold-tone lettering. The matching tender displays the Pennsylvania name in a gold-tone font. The motorized handcar features two painted plastic crew figures in contrasting blue and grey uniforms. The central housing of the handcar is embossed with the words Danger and Flares. The locomotive and tender are constructed from die-cast metal, while the handcar uses a combination of plastic and metal materials. The items are presented on a single section of three-rail O-gauge display track. The items appear to be in good overall condition with evidence of light surface dust.
