2012 American Eagle One Ounce Silver Uncirculated Coin - A 2012 American Eagle one-ounce silver uncirculated coin, struck at the United States Mint at West Point. The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman’s full-length figure of Liberty in stride, enveloped in the folds of the flag, with her right hand extended and branches of laurel and oak in her left. Inscriptions on the obverse include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the date 2012. The reverse displays John Mercanti’s design of a heraldic eagle with a shield, an olive branch in the right talon, and arrows in the left. The reverse is inscribed with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 OZ. FINE SILVER~ONE DOLLAR, and includes a W mint mark located beneath the eagle’s left wing. The coin is housed in a protective plastic capsule and presented in its original blue velvet-lined box, including the official United States Mint specifications card Weight: 1.0000 oz t (31.103 g) Purity: .999 fine silver. The coin is in uncirculated condition as issued. A small green spot of localized surface toning or contamination is visible on the obverse field near the figure's leg. The protective capsule, display box, and specifications card remain in good condition.
