Vintage Silver and Marcasite Heart Filigree Dangle Brooch - A vintage silver dangle brooch featuring a marcasite-set ribbon bow top from which a large, openwork heart-shaped pendant is suspended by two jump rings. The heart pendant contains intricate filigree-style ornamentation, including foliate leaf motifs and a cross-hatched lattice pattern. A smaller teardrop-shaped element set with round-faceted marcasite stones is positioned at the center of the heart. Three polished metal teardrop dangles are suspended from the lower edge of the heart. The reverse of the heart pendant features a small, rectangular recessed hallmark, though the characters within are indistinct. The brooch is secured by a horizontal pin with a revolving safety clasp.
