A Collection of Vintage Thai Siam Sterling Silver and Niello Jewelry - A collection of mid-twentieth century Thai jewelry pieces crafted in sterling silver with niello enamel decoration. The grouping includes a pair of screw-back drop earrings featuring four-sided pyramid pendants, a pair of circular clip-on earrings, and a pair of oval-shaped cufflinks with toggle closures. Each piece is decorated with traditional niello enamel techniques, featuring gold-toned depictions of traditional Thai figures such as celestial dancers or deities. The reverse of the circular earrings and the posts of the cufflinks and drop earrings are stamped with marks including SIAM, STERLING, and SIAM STERLING. The metal displays a characteristic dark patina and tarnish throughout.
