Hamilton Grade 920 12 Size 23 Jewel Pocket Watch Movement - Hamilton Watch Company Grade 920 manual wind mechanical pocket watch movement and dial assembly. This 12 size movement features 23 jewels and is adjusted to five positions. The nickel movement plates are decorated with damaskeening and gold-filled engravings. Markings on the movement include Hamilton, Lancaster, Pa., Adjusted 5 Positions, 23 Jewels, and Safety Pinion. The movement is stamped with serial number 1831654 and grade number 920. The white porcelain enamel dial features black Arabic numerals, an outer minute track, and a sunken sub-seconds register at the 6 o'clock position. The hands are blued steel in a spade and whip style. This lot consists of the movement and dial components only; no case, box, or papers are included. Dial diameter measures approximately 1 11/16 inches (43mm). The porcelain dial shows significant condition issues, featuring extensive crazing and multiple visible hairline fractures across the surface. The movement appears visually well-preserved with clean plates and crisp engravings. The mechanical functionality and timekeeping accuracy are untested.
