A collection of vintage ladies wristwatches including Bulova, Elgin, Wittnauer, and Timex - A collection of vintage ladies wristwatches from the mid-20th century. The group features five Bulova timepieces with verifiable date codes: a 1953 model in a round 10 karat gold filled case (L3, serial 687171) with a Speidel expansion band; a 1959 model in a square 10 karat rolled gold plate case (L9, serial U820716); a 1952 model featuring a square case with decorative winged lugs (L2, serial 153056); a 1964 marquise shaped watch in 10 karat rolled gold plate (M4, serial P76978); and a 1971 model with fanned lugs in a 10 karat rolled gold plate bezel with a stainless steel back (N1, serial Z9708339). Also included is an Elgin Starlite 17-jewel wristwatch with a 10 karat rolled gold plate bezel and ribbon-motif lugs on a rope-style band, a Wittnauer wristwatch in a cushion-shaped 10 karat rolled gold plate bezel case, and a Timex wristwatch with a bark-textured oval bezel and matching integrated mesh strap. The collection demonstrates a variety of mid-century jewelry designs and manual wind movements. Case sizes range approximately 15mm to 22mm. Watches are in vintage, pre-owned condition showing moderate wear consistent with age. Cases and crystals exhibit surface scratching and scuffs. The crystal on the Elgin watch is cracked. Expansion bands show varying degrees of plating loss and minor verdigris on the interior mechanical links. All watches are manual wind and are sold as-is; movements are untested for functionality or timekeeping accuracy.
