Drafted in Utrecht by notary Jan Jacob Kruijder, the document is dated July 31, 1771, with a final collation statement dated February 10, 1772. The manuscript is written in a clear Dutch secretarial hand on laid paper. It features embossed Dutch revenue stamps marked CLEIN for 10 Stuyvers, displaying the coat of arms of Holland.
