Manuscript Land Charter on Vellum. Dated November 22, 1634. - This seventeenth-century manuscript legal document, identified as a land charter or deed, is executed on a single large sheet of vellum. The text is written in Latin and features decorative calligraphic initials for the opening words Omnibus and Joannes. The body of the document contains prominent bolded headings including NECNON, TENENDAS ET HABENDAS, SI NOBIS, and PROVISO. The lower right section contains several contemporary signatures and witness attestations, including J.
