The elongated relief casting illustrates a mythological contest scene in the Akkadian style, featuring heroic figures in combat with human-headed bulls and a bull figure positioned by a gatepost. The relief is executed in a plaster material with a pale greenish-blue tint and shows irregular, weathered edges. The casting is mounted to a rectangular translucent blue support panel equipped with a metal hanging chain.
