Dutch Heraldic Archive Card and Seal Impression for Henrick Nilant Dated 1660 - A specialized Dutch heraldic archive card featuring a mounted circular seal impression. The seal, likely a cast or wax-like composition, displays the coat of arms for Henrick Nilant. The heraldic design includes a central shield with a bull head caboshed, surmounted by a helmet with elaborate mantling and a crest consisting of two curved horns. The seal is inscribed with the name HENRICK along the upper border and NILANT on a ribbon-like element at the bottom. The card is inscribed in cursive at the top Nilant Henrick and bears typed text at the bottom left Arm Gen Blz. The reverse of the card is dated 1660 in manuscript and contains a small pasted-in illustration of the shield. It includes extensive handwritten notes in Dutch referring to the ossenkop (bull head) and buffelhoorns (buffalo horns). A typed archival reference at the bottom right reads Geld-Ov-Stud: Ver: / Utr.
