Mounted 18th Century Dutch Armorial Wax Seal Impression, Adriaan Klaver, 1742 - This lot features a circular heraldic wax seal impression dating to the mid-18th century, professionally mounted for an archival or heraldic collection. The impression is rendered in dark olive-brown sealing wax and displays the personal armorial bearings of Adriaan Klaver. The heraldic device consists of a shield charged with three trefoils (clover leaves), which serve as canting arms for the surname Klaver.
