A Collection of United States Eisenhower Dollar Coins - A collection of United States Eisenhower dollar coins, primarily dated 1972 and including a 1776-1976 Bicentennial issue. The obverse of each coin features the left-facing profile of Dwight D. Eisenhower with the inscriptions LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST. The reverse designs include the Apollo 11-inspired eagle landing on the moon and the Bicentennial Liberty Bell superimposed on the moon. Standard inscriptions including UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ONE DOLLAR are present on the reverse. These coins are struck in copper-nickel clad.
