Sir Isaac Brock 'Hero of Upper Canada' Commemorative Token, circa 1812-1813 - A circular, brown metallic token, likely copper or a copper alloy, securely housed within a clear, square, hard plastic protective slab. The obverse features a significantly worn bust portrait, seemingly male and facing left, accompanied by the partially legible inscription ”THE HERO OF UPPER CANADA” and ”SIR ISAAC BROCK.” The reverse displays a heavily abraded central design that is difficult to discern, surrounded by the visible legend ”SUCCESS TO COMMERCE & PEACE TO THE WORLD,” along with what appears to be ”THE 20 OF SEPTEMBER” and possibly a date such as ”1812” or ”1813.”
