Pre 1920 Iroquois Mohawk Indians Beaded Dress - Note from the family stated ”Awkesane NY Mohawk Tribe”. Presumably made for the Tourist trade or the 1876 Centennial (American Flags Adorn the head dress). One of the finest examples of bead work we've ever had the pleasure of owning. Large in size.
