Stamped with Barret ”Type A” mark on base reading ?Lyman Fenton & Co / Fenton?s / ENAMEL. / PATENTED / 1849. / BENNINGTON, Vt?. Probably designed by Daniel Greatbach, Bennington, VT. 1849-1858.
