English Yorkshire Prattware / Pearlware Cow and Shepherd Figural Group - English Yorkshire Prattware / Pearlware Cow and Shepherd Figural Group Finely modeled arrangement of molded figures comprising a left-facing cow standing with head turned to the side, a shepherd, and a recumbent dog (or possibly a calf?), all attached to a rounded rectangular plinth decorated with variously-colored sponged glaze embellishments. Probably Mexborough Pottery. Circa 1820. Dimensions: 6” H, 5 5/8” x 3” base. Condition: Professional repairs to the cow's ears and one of its horns; no other damage or restoration noted.
