English Prattware / Pearlware Toby Jug - English Prattware / Pearlware Toby Jug Molded in the form of a boistrous seated gentleman wearing a tricorn hat and clutching a large jug with punch-decorated top surface, additionally decorated with various green and brown glazed embellishments. Late 18th/early 19th century. Dimensions: 9 5/8” H, 4 1/4” x 4 3/4” SQ base. Condition: Excellent overall condition with minor flaws including a couple small flakes around rim, a minor bruise to underside of base, two minor spots of exfoliation to Toby's left arm, and a shallow loss to underside of Toby's left foot.
