English Pearlware Baluster Vase / Garniture with Chinoiserie Motifs - English Pearlware Baluster Vase / Garniture with Chinoiserie Motifs Tall urn form, intricate underglaze blue rococo-styled decorations embellished with additional overglaze enameling consisting of three ”Chinese” styled scenes, retaining original cover with overhanging rim. Late 18th century. Dimensions: 6 1/2” H without cover, 8 1/4” H with cover, 2 1/4” D base. Condition: Vase: Minor losses/wear to decoration, scattered flaking/shallow chipping to inner edge of rim, and a stable 5/8” diagonal hairline extending downward from one of the rim chips.
