English Relief-Molded ”Cauliflower” Creamware Coffee Pot and Tea Canister - English Relief-Molded ”Cauliflower” Creamware Coffee Pot and Tea Canister Lead-glazed earthenware with lush green glazed decoration, whimsically relief-molded in vegetal forms suggesting a cauliflower, of well-known Wedgwood/Whieldon type; comprising a square-form tea caddy and a tall coffee pot. Third quarter 18th century. Dimensions: Coffee pot: 7 3/8” H, 3 1/2” D base. Tea caddy: 5” H, 3 3/8” SQ base. Condition: Coffee pot: Undamaged but lacking cover. Canister: Excellent condition with moderate wear and a flake to base edge. Provenance: The Stradling Study Collection. Coffee pot: Sotheby Parke-Bernet, 01/06/1967.
