Smith Sterling Silver Epergne Garner, MA, c. 1890, with four small hanging baskets and one larger basket, Set on domed, shaped oval base with swirling acanthus-leaf border and lattice pattern, supporting central body, shaped rectangular and partly-pierced, four scroll and leaf-capped branches supporting four partly-pierced baskets, each basket on four bracket feet with pierced swing handle. All baskets marked sterling and 2220, base marked by Frank W. Smith. Approx. 116 T.O. Overall: 11 x 24 x 23 in. (27.9 x 61 x 58.4 cm.)
