WW1 American Expeditionary Forces 75 MM Trench Art - WW1 American Expeditionary Forces 75 MM Trench Art Casing. This shell commemorates the AEF in World War 1. It depicts tree limbs with leaves and acorns on them incorporating a variety of trench art techniques. This is a very elaborate piece. It is done in pebble dash with overlapping vertical short lines which signify rain. The base of the shell reads AM LOT 75 m/m G. LOT 1058 SCOVILL. It measures 13 3/4”. This shell has a couple of other stamps but does not reflect the date it was made. Condition: Original Authentic
