Navajo Yei Pictorial Fine Wool Tight Weave Rug - This is a Navajo Yei pictorial fine wool rug. The rug features a fine tightly knotted wool Yei or Yeibichai pattern Navajo Native American Indian rug from the mid 1900's. The rug has a nice wool pile with excellent quality construction. The piece shows five Yei pictorial figures each holding two stalks of corn alternating from black to white stalks. The rugs show a four border design with heathered grey background, white / cream with bright green stepped into black. The Navajo rug is in good condition.
