Signed Navajo Silver Indian Head Nickel Buckle
For your consideration Navajo silver Indian Head Buffalo nickel coin, turquoise and red coral buckle signed by Navajo artist Squaw Warp. This is a good buckle showing showing five Indian Head Nickels with two cripple creek truquoise and two polished sleeping beauty turquoise stones along with five polished red coral stones of varying sizes. The background silver decoration on the buckle shows twirling reeds coming out of the polished stones as they were flowers. The artist signature is shown on the back of the buckle. This buckle shows good condition with a dark patina in the spaces between the decorative silver and inlaid polished stones. The measurements of this buckle 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 3 1/4". The collective weight of this buckle is 116.3g.
