Schrader's Son, reflecting the close working relationship between these two prominent American diving equipment manufacturers. Complete with attached air whip, this style of valve is illustrated in the 1925 A.J. Morse catalog. Designed for commercial diving applications, this valve represents the transition from hand-operated air pumps to mechanical compressors, which required greater control of air pressure and volume.
