Yokohama Diving Helmet Straps Brails #s Matching
This is an original, not recast, matched, stamped, 12 bolt set of Yokohama straps/brails for a diving helmet. These are a matched factory set stamped 15 under each of them as shown. These were used in the California abalone diving industry and traces of the black rubber from the 12-bolt neck ring of the dress can be seen under some of them. The front two straps are indicated with a single angled line at the bottom front and the back two indicated by a cross X at the bottom end. This would have been done by the diver or his tender and was common in the helmet diving industry. There is minimal wear on the surfaces, so they appear not have been used much. These items came from the diving locker of an old commercial abalone and construction diver.

All items will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery and full insurance either via FedEx or the USPS Priority Mail. Worldwide shipping is available; however, no ocean freight will be offered on large items. DHL Express is an option for international shipments under 600 pounds via air. Payment via bank wire for customers outside the USA is required. A shipping quote prior to the auction can be provided by emailing your postal code. International bidders are advised that some countries do not allow the importation of knives. Nations Attic is not responsible for shipping charges going or coming back if your countries customs denies delivery. Rejected items can be consigned into a future sale as there are no refunds.
