Rare edition of the Tanya, printed in the middle of WWII — Romm printing Vilna 1940.
Likkutei Amarim Tanya by the Admor HaZaken, printed by the Romm widow and brothers at the beginning of the Shoah—Vilna 1940. Mondschein Tanya edition #37.
A rare edition without many remaining copies because of the circumstances of its publication. [2], 326 pages. Detached cover without spine, few stains, good general condition.
The blank inside cover leaf and title page have a note of ownership: “Moshe and Asher Selig Neimann Radom”, and then added in pencil: “Students of Yeshivat Chochmei Lublin”. The book Yeshivat Chochmei Lublin lists the name in its list of students.
