The Rambam’s text with translation and commentary in Yiddish by Rabbi Avraham Falk. Commentary appears around the text. There is an additional jacket title page on purple paper. [3], 34 pages. New binding, generally good condition.
Inscription on the binding and stamps in side testifying that the book was part of the well-known Strashun Library of Vilna (see below). Rabbi Matityahu Strashun (1818-1886) was a Lithuanian rabbi, a book collector and bibliophile. He founded the Strashun library. He was the son of the well-known Talmudist, Rabbi Shmuel Strashun (the Rashash). Studied under Rabbi Yitzhak of Volozhin and Rabbi Menashe of Iliya
