Comments/description: Pretty tough tray and very difficult to find with such uniformly dark blue. This design - and many others from Universal from this period - are notorious for heavy crazing of the paint due merely to age as has happened to this example. However, this is often accompanied by fade/lightening of the pigment as the paint degrades. Not the case here. This tray is deep blue and all the other colors are vivid as new.
