Handwritten note on his professional stationary by Dr. A (Abraham Albert Ticho) in 1949.
"Ticho House" is a historical home in Jerusalem, now a part of the Israel Museum. It was one of the first homes built outside the Old City walls in the 19th century. There Dr. Albert Ticho lived with his wife, Anna, a respected artist.
Dr. Ticho was seriosuly wounded in a stabbing attack during the horrific 1929 riots. He ended up recovering and continued to work afterwards.
