פתרון משבר האנרגיה בארץ ישראל. מכתב מרתק עבור ראש ממשלת ישראל מר יצחק רבין 1974, מאת אברהם וולפנזון דוקטור למדע המדינה שהיה לוכד מרגלים ומפעיל סוכנים כפולים במשך למעלה מארבעה עשורים במסגרת שירות הביטחון הכללי. וולפזון נעזר בעוזי ברעם על מנת להגיע לזירוז העניין. בתוכן הניסוי מאת אוניברסיטת חיפה, דרישה לתקציב גדול לטובת המצאת תחליף אנרגיה על בסיס גרעיני. (כותב המכתב המקורי הינו עורך תוכנית "עולם המדע" יוסף טרגין.
