A handwritten letter from Dr. Yitzchak Nofech, one of the first Jewish judges in Mandate Israel. He also spearheaded the Hebrew language in the court and in law. The letter was written to Dr. Natan Feinberg, a Jewish lawyer in Israel, whose expertise was in international law.\21 x 13cm The letter appears to have been ripped so then adhered to a thicker paper in order to preserve the letter.
