Model: Creation.
Creation began with the words, “Let there be light.” The Torah places the utmost significance on the dimension of light, from the heavenly bodies that transmit light to all those on earth who receive it.
Hand crafted with 16 natural diamonds (0.36 Carat diamonds), 14k gold and bound in genuine dark blue leather.
**The Creation Bible - Creation began with the words, “Let there be light.” God’s word created the heavenly bodies that transmit light, as well as the light of the human soul. The diamonds in the Creation Bible reflect
the spark of light in the soul, represented by the single diamond on its back binding, with the infinite light of the universe, represented by the fifteen lustrous diamonds on its cover.
The fifteen diamonds on the front of the Creation Bible represent the numerical value of י-ה or “Yah, ” the Hebrew name of God. The sixteen total stones in the bible contain forty-two diamond carat points. The Hebrew numerical equivalent of 42 is מ-ב, the letters Mem-Bet, which are the initials of the words Maaseh Breishit מעשה בראשית – Creation!
As Anouk Yosevshvili, designer of the Creation Bible shared, “Divinity, creation, stars, diamonds – in all of them, I see light.” Diamonds are witnesses to creation that link us to an ancient era.
The Creation Bible celebrates the poetic tension between the individual and society, between
our inner light and the limitless light of the heavens above us.
The bible is from the Koren Jerusalem edition. The bible’s dimensions are 13 x 21 cm. (5.1 x 8.2 inches).
It is wrapped in a unique packaging and includes stands for display purposes.
