Antique Silver Coin Girdle  - Hand crafted sometime less than120 years ago, a rare long girdle consisting of 95 silver appearing coins, dates are mostly all 1900 and 1901, El Salvador or Guatamala, Central America. All attached to 40 inches of two outer strands of hand crafted and sterling silver chain. Coins in fine to very nice condition, the whole is complete and just as originally crafted, the central dropped group has a larger silver 1915 coin. Probably a royal thing. .. Together with a braided metal 30” belt, silver links and gold tone beads with clasp, 1950's, possibly silver, no marks..****This, an item from a local elder, older than his 60 years, up until this past month, a very active, eclectic and constant collector.
