Rare and Imposing Cinnimon Glazed Ming Pot - From the Jian kilns, China, a nice sized lug handled and spouted porcelain water or plum wine pot, 17th century or earlier, with the particularly rare straw blown cinnamon red glaze over a black under ground. A chip at the underside of its spout, otherwise in superb conditionand with a brilliant glaze. Measures 9 1/4 inches high by 7 1/2 inches wide.
