1897. Vignette of a goddess wearing an illuminating cap, title on a nice banner, . Black and white printing with a gold seal and body print of an eagle. Issued from Phoenix, we can only assume this was a venture to promote a townsite in the Phoenix area (Salt River Valley). An interesting and unusual territorial stock of which a few are known to exist.
