A beautifully illustrated Hagadah by renowned South African artist. Amschewitz (1882-1942) studied at the Art Academy in Edinburgh, at the RA Schools under John Singer Sargeant, and was elected to the RBA in 1914. He was considered a South African artist, even though he only lived in SA from 1916 to 1922, and again from 1936 until his death in 1942.
