ROSE OF SHARON APPLIQUE QUILT - American, 19th century, cotton. An applique Rose of Sharon quilt with vine border. Composed of green, light pink, dark pink, and yellow printed fabrics on a solid white ground. Hand-stitched and quilted. 85” long, 79” wide. Provenance: The Collection of the late Dr. Virginia Gunn, Wooster, Ohio; found in Medina, Ohio, 2000.
