Bulbous body with flared rim and spout; decorated with slip bands in brown and cream, and with a looped ”earthworm” or ”common cable”. 7.5”high. Fragments of this type of ware were excavated in sites in Cincinnati and Covington, Kentucky. Provenance: a distinguished Midwestern collection.
