ALEXANDER WILLARD TALL CASE CLOCK - Ashby, MA, c. 1805, cherry and pine. Fretwork pediment, scroll-cut waist door, and bracket feet, and with eagle-and-ball finials. Wooden movement with a complex dial that retains its original paint. 85” high (plus finials). This lot is eligible for pick-up or furniture/freight shipping. Dial has hour, second, day-of-week-, and day-of-month hands, dial paint is original but is very dirty, seat board is detached but present. The case has replaced waist door hinges, an old finish, missing the waist door lock.
