TWO-PART SHERATON DNING TABLE - Possibly Virginia, 1810-1820, walnut. Rectangular tops with rounded corners on turned and reeded legs. 29? h., 48? w., 20? d. (closed), 81? l. (open). An early note on the underside indicates that it was purchased in Staunton, Virginia in 1939 by George Lacy Coyle (1890-1963). Condition: Refinished. Several repairs and restorations, ? stabilized cracks along the hinge rail.
