PAIR OF WODDEN DYNAMITE CRATES; ATLAS & DUPONT - Crate one was for Atlas Flodyn No. 4 is dynamite packaging manufactured by the Atlas Powder Company in Wilmington, Delaware circa 1930s. Crate two was for DuPont Explosives Gelex No. 2 which was a semi-gelatinous a type of dynamite manufactured and sold by the DuPont Company in Wilmington, Delaware circa 1930s. The larger crate measures approximately 9” H  18” W x 12” D.  The Atlas Powder Company was formed in 1912 as part of a court-ordered antitrust breakup of the DuPont powder monopoly.
