NOMA ”WISE OLD OWL” BLOW MOLD PATIO STRING LIGHTS - These string lights were designed to be novelty patio lights in the 1970s. They were manufactured by NOMA  in Saint Joseph, Missouri circa 1970s. They measure approximately 6.5” H x 108” W x 3” D.  NOMA originally started as the National Outfit Manufacturer's Association in 1925, a trade group of small Christmas light makers that grew into the world's largest manufacturer of holiday lighting.
