GORGEOUS ITALIAN CYLINDER DESK - Spectacular walnut cylinder desk bears tag that indicates it was manufactured in the Pia Casa di Lavoro (House of Labor) in Florence, Italy. Desk features bronze ormolu handles, leather topped sliding writing surface with secret compartment below, progressive locking drawers, and other secret spaces. It is crowned with intricate carving of face with leaves and scrolls. Desk is finished on all sides. Measures 54” tall x 50” wide x 28” deep and appears to be in beautiful overall condition.
