Art measures 24” h x 40” w presented in a frame measuring 35” x 50”.  Artist bio: A well-traveled artist for his time period, Richard Dey de Ribkowsky was born in Bulgaria and at age 13 began art studies in Paris and then continued in Florence, Italy and St. Petersburg, Russia. From there he went to Buenos Aires, where in 1904, he founded the Academy of Beaux Arts.
