Province de Fokyen, en Chine. Copperplate Coloured. This chart for the original edition of "Le Petit Atlas Maritime" shows the mouth of the Chiang River in the Fujian Province of modern day China. It covers part of the modern day city of Fuzhou on the southeastern coast of China just west of Taiwan or Formosa. Very detailed, it also features towns, fortifications, islands, bridges, rivers and mountains. Depth soundings around the coastline are also marked. 220 by 170mm (8.75 by 6.75 inches).
