(6) Elastolin/Lineol German Military Messenger Dog & Pigeon Post Service - A highly specialized German military messenger dog and pigeon post service collection contains figures and animals from both Elastolin and Lineol. The set includes four hand-painted composition military figures and two animal figures depicting the Wehrmacht's Nachrichten, or Signals/Communications Corps, with German Shepherd dogs and pigeons. Both figures pointing with dogs have cracks in the arms, and one soldier with a dog has a crack in the leg. Normal light wear from age and handling is present. The two running dogs measure approximately 7 cm L, while the man with dog and bird measures approximately 7.5 cm H from the base to the top of the head. Condition: VERY GOOD
