Con qualche piccola variante, della presente opera esiste un’altra versione firmata, conservata in una collezione privata veneta. Dati gli evidenti ripensamenti attorno alla chioma, alla spalla sinistra e alle mani dell’effigiata, è molto probabile che questa tela sia la prima versione, usata come studio per l’esecuzione di quella definitiva e firmata.

With some small variations, there is another signed version of this artwork, kept in a Venetian private collection. Given the obvious second thoughts around the hair, left shoulder and hands of the portrayed, it is very likely that this canvas is the first version, used as a study for the execution of the definitive and signed one.
