1950s / 1960s Tourism Felt Pennants (6) - Five (5) 1950s / 1960s tourism felt pennants: Chicago Automobile Show. 26.5” (long) x 8.75” (hoist). Single pin hole in the middle of the hoist. Tip appears to be slightly trimmed. ***** Empire State Building. 26” (long) x 8.75” (hoist). Two pin holes at top and bottom of the hoist. Parts one top and one bottom tassel have been torn off. Tip is intact. ***** Death Valley, Cal. 27” (long) x 8.75” (hoist). All four tassels are intact. Tip intact. Single pin hole with rust stain in middle of the hoist. ***** John G. Shedd Aquarium Chicago. 26.75” (long) x 8.75” (hoist). One of the bottom tassels is missing its end. Tip is slightly clipped. Two pin holes at hoist, with the top hole also showing rust stain. ***** Lincoln's New Salem Ill. 26.5” (long) x 8.75” (hoist). Tassels intact, but very stiff. Edge is starting to peel. Two pin holes on the hoist near tassels. ***** Movieland Wax Museum Buena Park - Cal. mini-pennant. 11.75” (long) x 5” (hoist). Pin hole with rust stain in middle of hoist. Tassels and tip are intact.
