Pair Oil on Canvas Landscape Paintings - Pair of oil on canvas landscape paintings, 20th century. One depicting a serene riverscape and one depicting a picturesque rural cottage. Each signed ”A. Sibon” along the lower right; one signed along the verso. Height (each): 17 in x width: 21 in x depth: 1 3/4 in. Condition: To each, there are no visible tears, losses, or restorations. There is craquelure throughout. The varnish is lightly toned. Evidence of moisture exposure; runs visible along the upper halves extending towards the lower halves. Wear to the frames; including moisture exposure along the lower section to one of the frames. Works not inspected out of frame.
