Mark Catesby (English, 1683 - 1949), Three Naturalist Prints - Mark Catesby (English, 1683 - 1949), Three Naturalist Prints    From ”Catesby's Natural History of Carolina, Florida and the Bahama Islands”, three hand colored engravings, each housed in similar frames comprising: plate no. 24 Harengus and Arbor Populi, plate no. 34 the To-whe Bird, the Cow-pen Bird and Populus Nigra Folio Maximo, and plate no. 65 Lacerta and Stirax.    Dimensions:  sight for each is 15 x 11in, the frames 23 x 18 1/2in    Provenance:  From the estate of Dr. and Mrs. Martin Mandel  Condition: Various levels of toning, otherwise the prints appear to be in good condition, not examined out of the frame, the frames with some minor surface wear.
